Announcement onTermination of Cash-based Cross-borderRemittance Service

Dear customers,

In response to relevant regulation in the field of Anti-Money Laundering and Combating Terrorist Financing,we will terminate Cash-based Cross-border Remittance Service from July 2nd, 2018 on.

We will continue providing Cross-border Remittance Service for account-holder customers. For further details about opening an account with us, please refer to Deposit Taking (Personal) under Personal Banking section on our website.

When dealing with Cross-border Remittance, there might be occasions that customers are required to provide further information and/or supporting documents.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely hope for your continued patronage.
